| The benefits of becoming an NHI Reseller are most rewarding from complete control over pricing of the sale inventory, custom support programs and sub-broker under your own veil. Even the customers have no idea where your inventory comes from and is based solely upon the resources of NHI. NHI offers over 24 Million MTW of HMS 1 & 2, plus over 12 Million MTW of Rail available in any size for delivery around the world. Support services include custom sizing, shipping costs are included, use of corporate jets when needed, access to mainframes for control of those resources and realtime integration of those resources without all the hassle of having to have them internally. |
NHI brings to the table a global resource capability within the scrap metal market to the reseller literally billions of dollars in resources to make the transaction as financially safe as possible without the loss of cash flow from your company. |

To Qualify as a reseller has the following requirements: |
| 1. Must be able to post a cash deposit equal to 10 percent of the full value of the contracts currently being underwritten. |
| 2. Must not mis-represent any term or condition within the contracts presented to any client. |
| 3. You may charge any amount over and above the base quotation price provided by NHI. |
| 4. You monthly billing must never be deliquent by more than 15 days. |
| 5. You cannot use the name of Network Host's, Inc. for any transaction or disclose the source of your material. |
| 6. You cannot conduct any transaction that is clear violation of international law or international banking regulations. |
| 7. You agree to indemnify NHI from any transaction you are conducting. |
| 8. You agree to never jeapordize any vessel, aircraft or member of Network Host's, NHI's subsideriaries or affiliations. |
